Standard Products

We are happy to accept returns of standard products, provided that:

* The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.
* The product is returned in its original, unused condition.
* The product is clean, undamaged, and free from signs of wear.
* All original packaging and tags are included.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a full refund will be processed.

Please note that return courier costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or an incorrect item was supplied.

Custom Sized & Made to Order Products

Many of our products are carefully made to your dog's specific measurements and requirements. Because these items are custom made especially for you, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to incorrect measurements provided, sizing preferences, or changes of mind.

We understand how important a good fit is, and we are always happy to assist with sizing guidance before your order is placed.

If your custom sized product arrives with a manufacturing fault, defect, or damage, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and work with you to find the best solution, whether that be a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the issue. We will investigate the matter promptly and ensure it is resolved fairly and efficiently.
